The amenity space within Canan Hall is a part of a 50,000 square feet mixed use development across from Tiger Stadium. It includes five residential buildings, one retail building, a parking facility and a university recreation facility with private courtyards all set within existing live oaks.  Amenities include a computer lab, conference rooms, indoor and outdoor bike storage, and lounge and study areas on every floor in every residential building.
