An off campus mixed-use student housing development located across from Indiana University’s Memorial Stadium.  The project includes 24,615 sf amenity spaces and 8,200 sf retail with study areas, game room, a two-story game day lounge overlooking a full-size basketball court; a fitness center, a yoga studio and a spa equipped with a sauna room and tanning booths. The exterior pool area includes a courtyard with a jumbotron for sporting events and movie nights.
